We want our certified individuals to be recognized as the gold standard for excellence. We’re committed to improving the quality and management skills of our certified professionals, building strong relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Our logo stands for both quality and integrity, showcasing our dedication to these values. We actively seek partnerships for improvement, always aiming for long-lasting relationships. Continuous improvement is a core belief for both our certified professionals and our organization.

Honesty and ethics are at the heart of everything we do, and we understand the importance of maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. We provide the support and resources needed for our team to succeed and enjoy the journey to success.

Internally, we foster positive relationships among all our employees. Durga Skills follows fair and non-discriminatory practices, applying the principles outlined in our policy statement.

Impartiality Policy & Public Statement

Durga Skills is the team responsible for making sure things are fair when it comes to certifications. Everyone at Durga Skills knows how important it is to be fair in all our dealings with clients. We make sure that all our employees treat everyone the same during the certification process.

To make sure we are fair and can prove it, we follow these rules:

Our Ethics Committee at Durga Skills makes sure they treat everyone fairly—whether they are applying, testing, or already certified.

The Ethics Committee makes sure the certification process is fair for everyone.

We make sure that getting certified is not based on money or other restrictions, like being part of a specific group.

Before we give out certificates, someone independent and qualified from our team checks to make sure everything is fair.

We don’t offer any internal audit service to companies or individuals.

Our Ethics Committee keeps an eye out for anything that might make things unfair, like who owns the company, how it’s managed, or other factors.

We don’t offer any help with managing systems to companies or individuals.

Durga Skills doesn’t give out commissions or set targets for anyone, like clients, marketing agencies, or consultants.

Any current connections with companies, organizations, and individuals are regularly checked for potential risks to make sure they don’t affect how we certify things fairly. The Committee for Impartiality handles this risk assessment.

People working at DDCT need to keep a record of their current and past connections with companies. If there’s any chance it could cause a conflict of interest, they have to tell DDCT. DDCT will use this info to spot any issues and won’t let that person work on anything unless they can show there’s no conflict of interest. The Committee for Impartiality is in charge of this risk assessment.

Every year, all employees are looked at to make sure they’re still being fair when working on certifications.

People who assess and are part of the certification process won’t be pressured or influenced to give a specific result.

DDCT has the final say on certification decisions.

If an assessor has given any training to an organization or applicant, they can’t be part of certifying that organization/applicant for the next six months.

To avoid getting too familiar, assessors are switched around regularly.

DDCT and its employees don’t accept gifts or money from clients or training organizations to avoid any conflicts of interest.
